Dear Parishioners,
During these times of uncertainty and turmoil, the world is in dire need of renewal and realignment. Consecrating oneself to Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, His Mother, is a wonderful spiritual exercise for those wishing to gain a more intimate relationship with God. It is also a good way to discern God's will in our lives and to find where we can be of service.
At Our Lady of Loretto, we will be offering a guided preparation for parishioners who wish to make this Consecration on the Marian Feast Day of the Assumption (August 15). It is a Do-It-Yourself Retreat called "33 Days to Morning Glory." The short daily readings and meditations will start on July 13 and continue through August 15.
An introduction to this preparation will be given on Tuesday, July 7, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall, followed by weekly meetings at the same time for the following five Tuesday evenings. The retreat leader for these meetings will be Chuck Junjulas, Adjunct Professor at Mount St. Mary's College, who has extensive experience and knowledge in teaching Marian theology.

Saturday, August 15, 2020 - 8:15 a.m., Mass and Consecration

If you are interested in going through the preparation and making this Consecration, or if you have already made the Consecration and would like to renew it, please call the Parish Office or reply by email, so we have an idea how many will attend. We would like to have the booklets for everyone, so it is important that we have an accurate count.
